"Refund took way too long"
It took forever to get my refund sorted, and the whole process was just frustrating. I feel stupid for trusting them in the first place. I kept waiting for updates and had to keep chasing it myself, which made the experience even worse.

The parts themselves were fine, no issues there, but wow the shipping was really slow. I kept checking for updates and it just felt like it took way longer than it should have. So yeah, product was okay, but the wait was frustrating.

I ordered a few trim pieces and they were pretty much exactly like they were described on the site. The pictures definitely helped me feel better about what I was getting. There was one small detail that could’ve been a little clearer, but it wasn’t a big deal and everything still worked out fine...

I had no trouble finding the parts I needed, which was nice, but once I saw the final cost with shipping, it just didn’t feel like a great value. From my experience, if the price is already on the higher side, the shipping really needs to be reasonable to make it worth it. Next time I’d probably compare a few other places first before ordering here again.

"Parts showed up okay, but packaging could be better"
I ordered a few parts from LMC Truck and they arrived fine, but the box was beat up by the time it got to me. The parts had some paper around them, but there really wasn’t much padding, which was a little frustrating to see when I was already feeling mentally drained and just wanted everything to be simple. Luckily nothing was broken, so I’m glad about that. Shipping was about what I expected, but I do think the packaging could use a little more care, especially for truck parts.

"Tracking info was basically useless"
I ordered a few parts from LMC Truck, and the website itself was fine enough, but the tracking info was a mess. It barely updated at all and just sat there like nothing was happening, so I had no idea if my order had actually shipped or was still sitting in the warehouse. What a joke.

The parts did eventually show up, so at least there’s that, but I spent way too much time checking the status and guessing what was going on. For what they charge for shipping, I really expected better updates. Not the worst experience ever, just annoying.

"Warranty got handled, just not fast"
Had to file a warranty claim. It did get taken care of in the end, so that’s good. Just took longer than I expected. A lot of waiting around, checking for updates, that kind of thing. Not a terrible experience, just kind of slow.

"A little clunky for me"
The site was okay for what I needed, but it took me longer than I wanted to find the parts I was looking for. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and I wish the filters were easier to use because that would’ve saved me some time. It’s not bad, and I did manage to get through it, but the whole experience felt a bit clunky for me.

I placed my order over the phone and it was fine overall. The guy I spoke with was helpful, but compared to other phone orders I’ve done, this one took a bit more patience since I had to repeat a few part numbers more than once. The shipping details also weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked. Nothing terrible, just a average experience.

The parts showed up in good shape, and everything looked fine when I checked them over. The little edges and finish were all okay, no dents or weird marks that I noticed. My only gripe is the shipping cost was higher than I expected, which stood out to me more than anything else

I ordered a catalog and, i expected it to show up in a reasonable amount of time and in decent shape. It ended up arriving late, and when it finally got here, it was bent. Not the end of the world, but you’d think a catalog could be mailed without getting messed up...

"Install was way more annoying than it should’ve been"
The parts looked fine when I opened everything up, but actually installing it was a whole different story. The holes didn’t line up like they were supposed to, and the instructions were barely helpful. For something that seemed simple, it took way too long. Like… make it make sense.

"Had to Do Extra Work to Make Them Fit"
The parts were supposed to fit my truck, but the holes didn’t line up right. I ended up having to modify them a bit, which was annoying because I wasn’t planning on doing extra work just to install something that said it would fit. Shipping was fine though, no issues there.

I had to send back a part I ended up not needing, and I figured it was going to turn into a headache. But LMC Truck responded quickly and processed the refund without making me jump through hoops. It took a few days to show up on my card, but that’s standard. I really appreciate when a company handles things the right way instead of giving customers the runaround. Overall, it was simple, fair, and how returns should be handled
